WAHA Shipping Policy

At WAHA, we aim to deliver your orders in the fastest and most secure way possible. Our shipping process is outlined below:

Shipping Fees
- Shipping is free for orders of 5,000 TL and above.  
- For orders below 5,000 TL, the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout and charged to the customer.

Order Processing Time
- All orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.  
- During peak periods or promotions, this timeframe may occasionally be extended; customers will be informed accordingly.

Shipping Process
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.  
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery
- We recommend checking your package upon delivery.  
- In case of any visible damage, a report must be filed with the courier at the time of delivery.
